QT-5201 Charpy Impact tester is used to test impact toughness of the hard plastic, reinforced nylon, GRP, ceramic, cast stone, electrical insulation material and other non-metal material. It is an ideal testing equipment for chemical industry, scientific research institution, colleges, quality inspection departments, laboratories of professional manufactures and other units.
The machine testing range is wide, and adopts PLC touch screen to control and display. The testing results can automatically calculate and has the function of U-disk storing data. And they can be derived, edited and printed. The machine has automatic energy loss correction function. The results are clear, reliable and accurate. The operation is easy.
The machine should be of pendulum and is composed of pendulum, sample support, energy indicating mechanism and body, etc. It can indicate the impact energy absorbed by the sample in the process of failure.
